Account Related

My Account is the section you reach after you log in at KnownStores and Click on Menu – KnownStores. My Account lists all details related to you and allows you to add / edit / Modify your Profile in My Profile, Address in My address and also see your Wishlist, Notification and Feedback.

Yes, you can add multiple delivery addresses in your KnownStores account. However, remember that all items placed in a single order can only be delivered to one address. If you want different products delivered to different address you need to place them as separate orders.

Order

Your order will be delivered within the 'Estimated Delivery Date' as committed by our partner local store after the order acceptance. You can check this by selecting your order from "Orders" section Open Order tab. Keep a look-out for our order delivery notifications.

No. you can only order products which are in stock. Our local store will try to ensure availability of all products in their store; however due to supply chain issues sometimes this is not possible.

You can cancel your order from the ‘Order details’ screen before it is accepted by store. You can do so by going to "Orders" > Open tab > Select the order which you want to cancel > tap “Cancel”. Or else, call your Local store for cancellation immediately to avoid any cancellation charges from the store.

To get the invoice for your order(s), go to "Orders > Closed tab" tap on the respective order and go to Receipt, you will find the order copy or invoice, download in a PDF format Or Contact your Local Store for Invoice Copy.

KnownStores is not liable, only acts as a Technology platform that allows you to shop from Our Partner local store. The orders are prepared and billed by the stores themselves. Hence, the stores are responsible for the availability of the product shown as well as the quality of the product. Also note that the delivery charges apply to each individual store that you order from.

You will receive a notification or call from our partner Local Store about unavailable items before the delivery of your order.

Payment

Cash on delivery means that you can pay for your order at the time of order delivery at your doorstep.

After adding products to the cart, click on checkout and select "Apply Coupon" where you can enter any evoucher/ coupon code that you have. The amount will automatically be deducted from your total value.

You can pay directly to our partner known store for your order on KnownStores using the following modes of payment.

Every fruit and vegetable varies a little in size and weight. While you shop we show an estimated weight and price for everything priced by kilogram. At the time of delivery Store weigh each item to determine final price.

We have our partner known store delivery personnel, ensures timely and accurate delivery to our customers.

We try to make sure the inventory at the store is always updated so that your order can be fulfilled at all times. However, in case an item you ordered is unavailable at the store you selected, our partner local known store will notify you of the same in quick time. They will also suggest possible alternatives for the out of stock product should you desire to change the order.

You can change your delivery address on our KnownStores APP once you log into your account. Go to Menu - KnownStores at the top left hand corner and Click on My Account, go to the " My Address" section to update / edit your delivery address.

Our partner known stores will decide the delivery charge and Minimum Order value for Free Home Delivery within the defined boundary decided by the store. At the time of checkout the transaction charges calculated and displayed.

Yes. If you are able select our partner Local store in your location. If we are unable to deliver in your area - we will inform you before Order acceptance from our Partner known Store.

In case of a delay, our Partner Local store will keep you updated about your delivery.

There is no minimum order for delivery but our Partner Local store charges a nominal delivery fee and will be displayed at the time of ordering.

Generally our Partner Local store do same day delivery provided you place your order before 12 noon on the day you want delivery. Delivery schedule will be sent to you by our Partner Local store.

Delivery times are influenced by location of our Partner Local Store, time taken by the Store to make that product available and the delivery destination. The expected delivery times will vary based on the distance between the store and the delivery area.

Returns & Refund

All our customers have an option to return the product at the time of delivery, if due to some reason they are not satisfied with the quality or freshness of the product or damaged product. Our Local Partner Store will take the returned product back and settle the amount. Please refer our Return Policy available in the APP.

In case you are not satisfied with a product received you can return it to the delivery personnel at the time of delivery or you can contact our partner local store within a maximum duration of 3 working hours from the time of delivery and will do the needful. Please refer our Return Policy available in the APP.

At the time of delivery, we advise you to kindly check every item as per your order. Please report any missing item. Return if the received item is damaged or different than ordered with the delivery boy at the time of delivery or Call our partner Local Store.

Contact our partner local store for all refund related issues. Once the refund has been initiated, the refund amount is expected to reflect as per the payment method. Refunds timelines depend on Bank turnaround times and RBI guidelines. Also, Delivery and Cash Handling charges will not be refunded. Please refer our Return Policy available in the APP.

Refills / Reorder

Yes. You can do so by going to "Orders" > Close tab > Select the order which you want to Reorder > tap “Reorder”. All the items will be reflected into the cart. You can easily Add/Edit/Del items and submit the Order. This enables you to shop quickly and easily.

When you click on Refill /Reorder, you get an option to choose the quantity of medicines you require. You can do so on the confirmation call as well.

Referrals

Invite your friend and family members by sharing your referral code. If a new user places their first order more than Specified Amount using your referral code. You will get a special coupon, once their order is delivered. Please note these offers will be valid for a specific duration as and when announced by KnownStores.

All orders are processed from our partner local store and delivered to you by their team. If you are not happy with any product, you can return them at the time of delivery. We would also love feedback on the stores listed on KnownStores so that we can bring to you quality products from good stores only. KnownStores is not a Store. Some food Products are available for ordering only during the operational hours of the partner local store otherwise products are available all the time for shopping. After a store is closed, orders are scheduled for delivery during the next operational day of the store. Each of our partner local stores has a defined delivery area. Should you be residing in an area that falls outside of the delivery area, you will not see our partner local store. We are constantly working to increase the number of stores on our platform and bring this service to your area.

Medical Stores / Pharmacy

No, the medicines will be provided as per the dosage mentioned in the prescription. Self-prescribed medicines will not be provided.
